This document gives a summary of the methodology framework of the First Risk Assessment. This is the result of a collaboration between the consortium (composed by ICEDD, VITO, Mobius, Ramboll and ULiège) and Cerac, combining a review of (inter)national approaches, agreed options, and implementation guidance for the actual assessment.
